William “Bill” Hooten age 82 of Lewisburg, died Wednesday March 6, 2013, in NHC Lewisburg Healthcare.
Mr. Hooten was a native of Marshall County, Tennessee and son of the late Wilson Paul and Anna Mai Holder Hooten. He was the owner of Bill Hooten Construction and a farmer. He was, also, a member of Westvue Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Andy Hooten, James Hooten, & Gene Hooten. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Joanne Dodson Hooten, three daughters, Sharon (Charlie) Luttrell, Debbie (Sonny) Willis, & Jennifer (Billy) Osborne, three sons, Barry (Cynda) Hooten, Steve (Carrie) Hooten, & Keith (Mindy) Hooten, seven grandchildren, six great grandsons, &, also, a brother, Bobby Allen Hooten all of Lewisburg.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Bryant Cemetery.
The family will be at London Funeral Home Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour for visitation.
