Barbara “Bobby” Capps Roberts, age 75, of Marshall County, died Saturday, May 21 st ,
2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

She was a native of Marshall County, the daughter of the late Brownie Bowers Capps.
She graduated from Cornersville High School in 1965 and attended Falls Business
College in Nashville. She was employed by Lambert Lumber Company and retired from
First Commerce Bank where she was Vice President of Loan Operations. She attended
the Westvue Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Roberts of Lewisburg, one daughter, Melinda
(Eddie) Hunter and one son, Sam Roberts both of Lewisburg, brother, Freddie (Barbara)
Capps of Cornersville, aunt, Melvis Burrow of Cornersville and two grandchildren, Ethan
Guarin and McKenna Hunter.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 25 th , 2022 at 1:00 pm from the
Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091
with burial to follow in Fox-Wheatley Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 from 4 pm until 8 pm
and will continue on Wednesday, May 25th , 2022 from 11am until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Westvue Church of Christ or the Sarah
Cannon Cancer Center.
