Obituary for Deborah Ann "Debbie" Himes
Deborah (Debbie) Ann Himes, age 65, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Saturday, February 18, 2023, at NHC Oakwood.
She was a native of Ardmore, AL, the daughter of the late Leon Gulley and Jewell McPherson Scribner. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ester and John McPherson; mother, Jewell Scribner; father, Leon Gulley; three sisters, Patricia Mealer, Bobbie Jean Beard and Charlene Flynt; one brother, Roy Gulley.
She is survived by one son, Frank T. Himes; two sisters, Jackie (Jerry) Scroggins and Ruby Hutt; one brother, Bobby (Judy) McPherson all of Lewisburg; her beloved dog, Abby; special nieces, Miranda Scroggins and Jessica Scroggins; several additional nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; several cousins, Cheryl Redd, Wanda Conn and Kenneth King.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Ring Cemetery in the Pottsville Community.
Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, starting at 12:00 pm until the funeral hour.
