Obituary for Deborah Sue Maynard (Childress)
Deborah Sue Childress Maynard, age 70, of Lewisburg, died Sunday, November 21st, 2021 at NHC Lewisburg.
She was a native of Lincoln County, and the daughter of the late George Elmer Childress and Edith Dunn Childress. She was a retired teacher and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Marion Childress, Paul Childress, John Childress, and David Childress, and sister, Jeanie Childress. She is survived by three sons, Wesley Maynard, David Maynard, and Stephen Maynard all of Lewisburg, two daughters, Stephanie (Tyler) Tillman of Fayetteville and Rachel Maynard of Pulaski, granddaughter Eliza Tillman, one Brother, George(Anna) Childress of Lewisburg.
The family will be at London Funeral Home for visitation on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to NHC Life Enrichment at NHC Lewisburg.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
