Obituary for Fred Ellis Jones
Fred Ellis Jones, age 74, of Belfast, died Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at Marshall Medical Center.
He was a native of Richmond, Indiana, the son of the late George R. and Virgie Marie Jones. He retired from Maintenance at Dole Refrigeration and attended the Bluff Springs Church of Christ. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Era.
He is survived by wife, Jane Crigger Jones, one sister, Linda (Larry) Johnson of Richmond, Kentucky, three brothers, William Jones of Berea, Kentucky, and Garrett (Mary) Jones and Russell Jones, both of Richmond, Kentucky, nieces, Jenny (Randal) Jones, and Jodi (Michael) Ring, both of Lewisburg, and several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 20th, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Berea Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, June 20th, 2022 from 12:00 noon and will continue until the funeral hour.
