Obituary for Larry Wardell Harwell
Larry Wardell Harwell, age 83, of Lewisburg, died Sunday, April 10th, 2022 at Maury Regional Hospital.
He was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Calvin Harwell and Nellie Plummer Harwell. He retired from Sanford after 47 years as a supervisor and was of the Church of Christ faith. He worked at the convenience center on the Fayetteville Highway, enjoyed going to visit the Amish, and riding around talking to people.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Ann Ring Harwell and brother, Calvin Harwell, Jr. He is survived by three daughters, Christy (Kenny) Stinnett, Mandy (Corey) Poarch, Cindy (Rick) Farmer, son, Larry (Debbie) Harwell Jr. all of Lewisburg, sister in law, Joy Harwell of Fayetteville, eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
