Obituary for Lora Johnson (Staggs)
Lora Johnson, age 91, of the Berlin Community in Lewisburg, TN died Saturday, April 11th, 2020 at NHC Lewisburg.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Summertown, TN on April 26, 1928 to the late Calvin Lester Staggs and the late Mattie Caroline Hendrix Staggs. She was a Dairy Farmer and Homemaker. She loved her flowers and gardening.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Carlos Johnson in 1963, and three sons, Paul William Johnson, Thomas Edward Johnson, and Carl Lester Johnson. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Delores Johnson, three grandchildren, Melissa (Chris) Evans, Paul (Emmy) Johnson, and Carolyn (Cecil) Mills, eight great-grandchildren, Talley Johnson, Megan (Bryan) Whitehead, Emily Martin, Cadon, Cullen, Collier Mills, Chase and Peyton Johnson, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid - 19 pandemic a private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the Andrews-Liggett Cemetery.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
