Obituary for Ova May Morton (Stinnett)
Ova May Morton, age 58, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 in Nashville.
She was a native of Marshall County, the daughter of the late Jackson and Myrtle Hazlett Stinnett. She was employed as a group lead at Nichirin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Timothy Morton and her brother, Kerry Stinnett.
She is survived by son, Brian Morton of Lewisburg, two daughters, Brandy (Luke)Welch of Petersburg, and Lori Morton of Lewisburg, sister, Diane Newsome of Lewisburg, Suzy Blackwell of Lewisburg, Celena (Todd) Westmoreland of Columbia, Wanda McCormick of Shelbyville, Rita King of Shelbyville, brother, Kenny (Christy) Stinnett, grandchildren, Eli Welch, Jake Welch, Avery Carter, Ethan Carter, Weston Morton, Chloe Morton, special niece, Shelby Dyer of Lewisburg.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, September 26th, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Berea Cemetery with burial to follow.
Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday from 12:30 pm and will continue until 2:30 at London Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude's Hospital.
