Obituary for Sallie Ann Burke (Poarch)
Sallie Ann Burke, age 77, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, May 26th, 2022 at Saint Thomas West.
She was a native of Giles County, the daughter of the late Rollie Joe Poarch and Sallie Elizabeth Adams Poarch. She was a retired housekeeper from NHC Lewisburg and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Clancy Burke, sisters, Francis Whillhote, Ina Lou White, brother, Joe Poarch. She is survived by two sisters, Nancy Poarch of Lewisburg and Pat Estes of Columbia, brother, Golie Poarch of Cornersville and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Head Springs Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 until the funeral hour.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
