Obituary for Wanda June Richardson (Roberson)
Wanda June Roberson Richardson, age 79, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Saint Thomas West in Nashville.
She was a native of Putnam County, the daughter of the late Thurman Roberson and Linnie Verble Roberson. She graduated Algood High School in 1961 and attended Tennessee Tech University (TTU). She worked as a secretary in the Industrial Engineering Department at TTU. She also worked at Huntsville Public Library from 1976 to 1984. She worked as a Toddler I caregiver at Wee Care Daycare in Lewisburg from 1988 to 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Sharon and Peggy Roberson and two brothers, John and David Roberson.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert Lee Richardson and one son, Robert Shauel Richardson both of Cornersville.
Graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 11:00 am at Lone Oak Cemetery with burial to follow.
Visitation with the family will begin at 10:30 am at the graveside until the funeral hour.
