Obituary for William M. "Bill" Cain
William M. Cain, age 94, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 at NHC Lewisburg.
He was a native of Hillsboro, Texas, the son of the late Garnet and Grace McClure Cain. He was self-employed in the vending business and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carthage, Texas.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Shockley Cain, son, Mickey Cain, brother, Bob Cain, and a sister, Nell Ruth Cain.
He is survived by two sons, Steve (Vicki) Cain of Lewisburg, and Patrick (Moria) Cain of Corpus Christi, one brother, John Cain of Carthage, Texas, one sister, Marie Hallerman of Dallas, Texas, a sister in law, Jo Cain of Longview, Texas, four grandchildren, Nathan Cain, Alice Ann Cain Kimes, Robyn Cain McCown, and Carol Cain Tankersley. Five great grandsons also survive.
Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, December 20th, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm before burial in Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to East Commerce Baptist Church Youth Mission Ministry or Wildlife Ministry.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
