Troy and I served together in the 1175th QM CO PS and HQ Starc. We were even deployed to the Gulf War (Desert Storm 1990-1991) together. We have been great friends and comrades for as long as I can remember. He had a heart of gold and and smile that could light up the sky. A true friend he has always been.
I'm going to miss you Troy. I will try to take comfort in knowing that you are no longer in pain and never will suffer it again. I will see you soon my friend. Save my place at the Pearly Gates.
Prayers for Troy's family. I am so sorry for his passing. I wasn't aware of his latest health issues or his passing until now. If their is anything I can do, please contact me. I will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers.

Peggy, you and your family have my heartfelt sympathy. I have known you all my life and I know all the grief you have suffered. Our family were close friends with Travis and his family and I went to school with Ray and Steve. There are no words I can say to ease the pain of the loss of your son. I know what you are feeling because I lost my son three years ago. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
